This luxury beauty brand needed to glow up its drugstore website.

The site’s integration with drugstore.com was functional advantage but the presentation was a liability. We fixed all that, added some new tools, and turned it into a showcase for luxury brands.

 

I was responsible for:

  • Interaction design

  • Prototyping

  • Planning usability tests

  • Coordinating with third party tool providers, offshore dev teams, visual designers, and product managers

I made a disturbingly low res video when this project launched to help illustrate the impact of the work we did. The amount of work, the amount of new technology, and the number of people involved, made this one of the most formidable projects I have ever worked on.
